So we would say in yoga that the subtle precedes the gross, or spirit precedes matter. But yoga says we must deal with the outer or most manifest first, i.e. legs, arms, spine, eyes, tongue, touch, in order to develop the sensitivity to move inward. This is why asana opens the whole spectrum of yoga’s possibilities." ~ B.K.S. Iyengar

"I always leave Jessa's classes feeling much more in balance and in tune with body. In my opinion, she is one of the best yoga instructors in which I have had the pleasure of working. If you don't go to Jessa's classes, then I can confidently say...you are missing out. :)"

-Alicja Rota

"Jessa is by far my favorite yoga instructor. She is a very hands-on instructor that takes the time to make adjustments to your postures when needed. I found her adjustments and verbal cues made a huge difference in my yoga practice. I highly recommend Jessa’s classes."
